Position: Office Manager / EA
Location: Budapest (Hybrid work model)
Languages: Hungarian (Native), English (Proficient), Romanian (Bonus)
- Office Management:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and readily available.
- Administrative Support:
- Assisting team members with administrative tasks, including document preparation, handling correspondence, invoicing, etc.
- Events, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Budgets, reporting, inventory control.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Providing Assistant support to our busy founders on a number of ventures.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and organizing employee events.
- Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Native Hungarian speaker with proficiency in English. Any candidate with Romanian is a bonus, as not essential but opens up more opportunities in our international engagements.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles. Training available, valuing entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
